PV OCEAN TOURS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At PV Ocean Tours we strive to please and accordingly have set terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding that hopefully provides a fair balance for our customers and our business alike:

1. All bookings must be secured by a 20% or 50% (Training with PADI Materials) deposit payment via PayPal.
2. All balances must be paid before tour departure. Payment options are cash or credit/debit card on the day of the tour or PayPal 48 hours in advance, for balance payments by PayPal a 5% admin fee will be applied.
3. When paying cash either USD or MXN Pesos are acceptable.   Please ask for the prevailing exchange rate if required.
4. Cancellation policy:
   1. 1. All deposits are non-refundable.
      2. 48 hours or more in advance full balance refund.
      3. 24 hours or more in advance 50% balance refund.
      4. Less than 24 hours 100% charge.
      5. No show 100% charge.
      6. Any PADI Training Material (eLearning) purchased are non-refundable, all training materials are valid for one year.
      7. Deviation to this policy is at the discretion of PV Ocean Tours only.
5. All certified divers must present certification cards and proof of last dive(s) in advance of diving.
6. All discounts only apply to tours with three or more divers.
