The PADI Underwater Navigator Course takes place over three dives. After this training, you’ll feel comfortable enough to navigate a dive without the need of a Divemaster. Whether you aim to lead dives in the future, or just want to have an idea of what goes on under the water in the daily life of your instructors, this course is for you.
The course can be carried out over one or two days. The one day version consists of three open water dives. The two day option will include four dives, three navigation dives, and also a recreational dive.
If you’re feeling really comfortable upon completion of your training, why not take us for a dive to build your confidence?
You will need the Advanced book to complete the training. If the Advanced course has already been taken, this can count toward this course. It is impossible to give a set Price on this course as there are so many variables, so, please send us an e-mail and we’ll see what we can do for you.
(All courses taught to above and beyond PADI standards.)
Student Diver Prerequisites
By the start of the course, a diver must be at least 10 years old and certified as a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization.
The Underwater Navigator Adventure Dive conducted during the PADI Adventures in Diving Program may count as the first dive toward this specialty. Similarly, divers who successfully complete the Underwater Navigator Open Water Dive One and Knowledge Review Part 1 may receive credit as an Adventure Dive toward the PADI Adventure Diver and the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certifications.
